If I choose a monthly payment, do I have to pay a deposit?
No, you can take out a monthly agreement with a £0 deposit. However, you can put down up to 50% of the total price as a deposit if you want to. You'll be able to adjust the amount of deposit you pay when you choose Pay monthly at checkout. For more information, click here.
Can I buy a BOXT boiler and get it installed myself?
Our partners, BOXT, offer a full end-to-end service for purchase and installation of their boilers.
However, should you wish to buy a boiler without installation, you can find a range of boilers on diy.com.
Don't forget, you must have a boiler installed by a Gas Safe engineer.
Will boiler installation make a mess?
No, your Gas Safe engineers will make sure that surfaces are protected and the area they're working on is always clean and tidy.
Are BOXT installers trained and Gas Safe registered?
You can rest assured that all BOXT installers are professional, experienced central heating engineers and are Gas Safe certified.
Will I get boiler cover from BOXT?
Not from BOXT, but you will as part of your manufacturer's guarantee. Every new BOXT boiler comes with a one-year workmanship guarantee, as well as a manufacturer's guarantee:
- Worcester Bosch - up to 12 years
- Vaillant - up to 10 years
- Navien - up to 10 years
As part of your installation service BOXT will register your boiler with the manufacturer. You don't need to do anything to activate your guarantee.
To keep your manufacturer backed warranty valid, we recommend a monthly boiler service plan from BOXT.
How does pay monthly work?
If you decide you’d like to pay monthly for your new boiler, you’ll be happy to know that BOXT have made the process simple:
- See what finance options are available and find the most suitable one for you. You’ll see these when you go through the steps to complete the purchase of your new boiler.
- Select the plan that you’d like to proceed with, including the deposit amount and number of repayments. You’ll then be directed to BOXT's finance provider to complete your application.
- If your application is accepted, you’ll receive an order confirmation for your new boiler, including your chosen boiler information and installation date.
